Reports to: Branch Manager
Position Summary: Full-time position primarily responsible for serving as a main contact point for customers visiting or calling the branch office; taking their payments, loan application requests and assisting in some aspects of the loan underwriting and loan closing processes. Additional duties include; servicing customers, promoting new loans to current customers and their extended family and friends, and contacting past due customers by phone and mail.
Preferred Skills and Knowledge: 1 year customer service experience and a high school diploma.
