We always prefer for you to visit many convenient locations during regular business hours so we have the pleasure of meeting you in person. However, we understand that schedules can be busy. You can also start an application by phone by calling your local branch.
Once we have all the necessary information, it typically only takes a few minutes to process your application.
Once you sign your loan documents in the office, you will walk out with cash!
Not at this time. All our loan closings are done at your servicing branch location.
You will need to bring your most-recent pay stub, state-issued ID, proof of residence, recent bank history and social security card. You will also need to provide us with the names and phone numbers of personal references. Finally, to sign-up for electronic payments, you will need to bring a bank-issued document that includes your name, account, and routing numbers – typically a direct deposit form will do!
We understand that your time is valuable. Typically we are able to process all the necessary paperwork and verifications in 30 minutes or less and have you out the door with cash-in-hand!
We help people with poor or no credit every day. Just give your information to one of our team members and they will do everything they can to get your loan approved.
Most of our branches do require recent bank history. However, we do accept recent bank history from most of the online and non-traditional banks as well.
No, we will not run a credit report. We do not base our loan approval on a credit score or your credit report, which is different than many of our competitors.
Minimum income requirements vary. At Kinsmith Finance, we do not want to burden you with a payment you cannot afford to make. Our goal is to be part of your solution, not another problem.
We consider ourselves experts in helping individuals with past credit issues. Our Kinsmith Finance team members will get to know your situation and do everything they can to help you, regardless of past credit issues.
We try to help as many people as we can, but there are certain instances where we are not able to approve an application. If you application was turned down, you will receive a letter by mail explaining the reasons behind the decision. You can also contact the branch location that processed your application for an explanation.
Kinsmith Finance makes traditional installment loans. Installment loans are a type of credit that has been around for over a hundred years. Our short-term installment loans have affordable bi-weekly or monthly payment terms with no hidden fees and a fixed interest rate – guaranteed.

No, Kinsmith Finance does not report to the credit bureau or pull credit as a part of the loan application process.

We accept cash, ACH checks, money orders, and debit card payments. Most of our customers find our ACH payment to be the most-convenient.
Yes, you may pay your loan off at any time without a prepayment penalty. In fact, we encourage you to make larger than minimum payments or to pay your loan off early to save interest or fees. Our goal is a happy customer because we want you to tell your friends and family about your wonderful experience with us!
Our loans are paid back in easy and affordable bi-weekly or monthly installments (based on how often you get paid). You can make your payment in the office or by phone. Most of our customers prefer the convenience of paying by ACH. Call one of our offices for more details.
